On choosing the size and quantity in the detail file of one of our products, you will observe the approximated delivery date for that product above the button “Add to my Basket”. If you add several articles, the approximated delivery date will be the latest.
Depending on the time of the day in which you make your order, the standard deliveries are generally carried out 3 days after making the purchase through the web, though these delivery terms are orientative, and in any case, a delay in the delivery with respect to the indicated terms will not give the customer the right to claim any compensation.
In order to receive your order even faster, you can choose the Express Delivery, during Step 1 of the purchase process, although this service is only available for Spain.
The delivery terms are counted by working days (Monday to Friday) since Motocard.com does not carry out deliveries on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
If there were any stock or timing problem, we would proceed to inform you immediately and offer you a new delivery date. Or, in case it were impossible to deliver the product, the purchase would be cancelled.
